The firm has extensive professional experience with the design and construction of new buildings, as well as historical renovation and remodelling. Bílek Associates is justifiably proud of more than one hundred projects by our architects and designers, which have received numerous prizes and awards and have been exhibited in Europe and the U.S. Successful projects in today’s competitive market must combine the economic and functional considerations together with the highest aesthetical values and environmental standards. We are able to provide this delicate combination for your project and can thereby satisfy your needs. We believe that the success of architecture lies in the balance of beauty, function and economy. Our approach also respects the historical and traditional values of a given space. From 1973 through 1984, both chief architects of one firm had worked in large companies in Czechoslovakia on major architectural projects of high quality including the addition and reconstruction of the National Theatre in Prague. After 1984, they worked in the U.S. for nine years. Having attained Architectural License in California, they founded Bilek Associates, Inc. in Sacramento. Upon their return to the Czech Republic in 1993, they set up another firm, Bílek Associates, s.r.o., with its main office on the embankment of the Vltava River, Prague 1, Betlémská 1.

- Provides complete project design, including interior design and urban design in all phases of project documentation.

- Ensures all the necessary project preparation work (e.g. site exploration).
